About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry into accounting systems, primarily purchase ledger, sales, cash book, and subcontractor data
  • Maintain standing data within the accounting system
  • Assist team members with account management as directed
  • Support the transition to the new COINS ERP system
  • Resolve queries by liaising with internal functions and third parties
  • Match invoices and schedule them for payment

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience working with COINS workflows
  • Experience processing purchase ledger and cash book transactions
  • Proficiency in IT systems including ERPs and Excel
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in maintaining standing data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience completing bank, debtor, and creditor account reconciliations
  • Experience processing sales ledger and subcontractor transactions
  • Familiarity with VAT and CIS requirements and subcontractor verification
