About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complete operations, administration, accounting, and billing processes
- Handle taxation duties including TDS, Profession Tax, and GST filing and payments
- Oversee billing, payments, renewal reminders, and filing
- Provide comprehensive account management and client support via phone, email, and support ticket systems
- Manage attendance and leave records for payroll processing in coordination with HR
- Develop training and development initiatives to improve team productivity and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in handling operations, administration, and accounting
- Deep knowledge of taxation, TDS, and GST compliance
- Proficiency in accounting and billing procedures
- Experience with Zoho Books is a significant advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must currently reside in Mumbai
