Accounting Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities for treasury operations, including cash, bank accounts, intercompany funding, and derivatives
• Ensure treasury transactions are accurately recorded and reported in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Support accounting analysis for hedge-related activities, including hedge effectiveness assessments and reporting
• Manage treasury-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Oversee reconciliation of significant treasury-related balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items
• Design and enhance control frameworks for treasury accounting processes to improve audit readiness
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, and Systems teams to automate manual processes and improve workflows
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy, SOX requirements, and US GAAP where relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, treasury accounting, or finance controllership
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Practical experience with treasury-related accounting such as cash, bank reconciliations, or derivatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA
• Experience with Oracle ERP
• Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Exposure to derivatives reporting or hedge effectiveness analysis
• Experience in a multinational technology, e-commerce, or travel environment
