Accounting to Reporting Sr. Specialist LATAM

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of accounting and information for entities in accordance with Epiroc standards
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the AtR function across the LATAM region
• Train and support less experienced colleagues to help them achieve maximum performance
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement through digitalization and automation to increase efficiency
• Participate in projects for the AtR Regional Center of Excellence team
• Maintain excellent communication with regional stakeholders and relevant global organization members
• Ensure maintenance and compliance with agreed-upon procedures within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of Accounting to Reporting (AtR) experience within a multinational company
• Experience in a Shared Services environment, specifically managing multiple countries within the LATAM region
• Advanced English proficiency
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Proven experience in legal and tax reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate trust with internal and external stakeholders
