Accounting Technician

Responsibilities

• Entering financial data including purchases, expenses, and routine transactions
• Monitoring accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances
• Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Managing group and company-wide intercompany transactions
• Participating in month-end activities such as posting journal entries
• Improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in French and English
