Accounting Technician

Honeycomb purchases and processes catalytic converters to recover and refine platinum group metals (PGM), giving a second life to converters and reducing environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data including purchases, expenses, and other routine transactions
• Monitor accounts payable and follow up on overdue balances
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Manage inter-company and group transactions
• Participate in month-end activities such as journal entry posting
• Assist in improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Solid knowledge of the full accounting cycle
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingualism in French and English
