Accounting Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for customers and internal teams on accounting workflows and ERP integrations
• Develop training materials, documentation, and process guides tailored to construction accounting
• Conduct workshops focused on AP, AR, GL, Job Costing, WIP, and revenue workflows
• Act as the organization’s accounting workflow subject-matter expert
• Translate accounting requirements into appropriate Remarcable configurations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate accounting workflows
• Help customers understand how accounting data maps into Remarcable and connected systems like Sage, Trimble, and Foundations
• Support onboarding teams with GL mapping, cost code structures, and vendor workflows

Requirements

• Accounting degree, minor, designation, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, and AR
• Hands-on experience with ERPs
• Strong communication skills for teaching accounting concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to translate accounting language into clear system workflows
• Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with internal teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or electrical contracting accounting
• Background in construction, electrical contracting, distribution, or material supply
• Experience in SaaS environments
