Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee receivables, billing follow-up, and collection activities
• Review aging reports and monitor overdue accounts
• Oversee invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and vendor payments
• Lead and develop three Team Leads and their respective teams across R2R, O2C, and R2P
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Supervisory experience in general accounting, receivables, and payables
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and communication ability

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
