Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Supervise and guide two Accounting Analysts
• Monitor daily cash position, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposure
• Prepare cash flow planning and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations
• Oversee account reconciliations and group reporting data submission
• Support compliance with legal, regulatory, insurance, and pension fund requirements
• Ensure accurate accounting of lease transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• CPA preferred
• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS and financial reporting
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
