Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes for assigned entities
• Perform detailed reviews of staff work, providing coaching and direction to meet deadlines
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entry reviews and P&L analysis
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance by preparing timely reports and supporting audits
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure internal controls are followed
• Coordinate with international departments to validate transactions and information

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or audit
• Proven supervisory experience or strong leadership potential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
• Flexibility to work on a shifting or rotational schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Experience working within multinational operations
• Proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce, or similar billing and collections tools
