Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client assignments, reviews, financials, and related projects
- Coach, mentor, and direct team members to meet client, firm, and personal development goals
- Manage Compilation, Review, or Audit projects
- Interact with clients at the CFO and Ownership levels
Requirements
- Licensed EA or CPA
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, and tax
- Experience preparing reviewed and compiled financial statements
- Proficiency with tax, audit, and accounting software (ideally CCH Engagement or Caseware)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
