Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify the formal correctness of travel orders, post to the general ledger, and prepare payment orders
• Process incoming invoices and perform comparisons with receipts
• Handle the invoicing of outgoing invoices
• Perform reconciliations with both suppliers and customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of received documentation
• Participate in projects aimed at improving the ERP system

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting roles
• University degree in economics or a related field
• Knowledge of Navision is preferred
