About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting processes including bookkeeping, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
- Provide reception coverage, answering phones, and greeting clients
- Manage office supply orders and coordinate with vendors
- Take ownership of operational projects such as referral tracking and process improvements
- Handle sensitive information with high discretion
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping strongly preferred
- Ability to take independent initiative and learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- High degree of trustworthiness and confidentiality
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems
