About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting processes including bookkeeping, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Provide reception coverage, answering phones, and greeting clients
  • Manage office supply orders and coordinate with vendors
  • Take ownership of operational projects such as referral tracking and process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information with high discretion

Requirements
