Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and milestone-based invoicing and track unbilled revenue
• Review and categorize business expenses and support vendor invoice entry
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank, credit cards, and payroll
• Compare actual hours logged against contracted SOW hours
• Assist with intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of balances
• Maintain financial records across QuickBooks, Everwin, and Salesforce
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting, AR/AP, or finance operations experience
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-border teams
• Fluent English
