Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
• Extract data for dashboards regarding process and reconciliation metrics
• Assist with audits by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Ensure that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures are maintained
• Act as a team lead by allocating work to team members and providing subject matter guidance to junior staff
• Propose improvements to work procedures and practices to increase efficiency
• Participate in first-level tasks and quality checks to support quality efforts

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in analytical and operational processes
• Proven experience with journal entries and accounting classifications
• Strong data extraction and organization skills
• Experience supporting audit processes
