Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders and Managers in the preparation of financial metrics
• Support audit processes by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures to ensure accuracy
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and external guidelines and standardized processes
• Generate invoices promptly upon request during shifts
• Monitor progress and immediately alert management regarding any identified red flags
• Provide extended shift and weekend availability during month-end closing periods

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance Operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Accounting, or Vendor Master)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• High sense of urgency and proactive approach to tasks
• Availability for weekend and extended shifts during month-end closing

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting within the automotive industry
• Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese
