Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Lead RTR/P2P processes, including monthly close procedures and journal voucher preparation.
• Perform complex reconciliations, including Bank, Intercompany, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
• Act as a technical lead by allocating work to team members and providing guidance to junior staff.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and propose process improvements.
• Develop and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure updated documentation.
• Extract data for dashboards regarding process and reconciliation metrics.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary supporting records and documentation.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established SLA/KPI frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in RTR (Record to Report) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Intercompany accounting, and basic accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in preparing Journal Vouchers and performing various types of reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in report preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to work flexibly with different shift timings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Intercompany reconciliation concepts and imbalance identification.
