Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
• Extract data for dashboards regarding process and reconciliation metrics
• Assist with audits by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Ensure the existence of adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures
• Act as a team lead by allocating work to team members and providing subject matter guidance to junior staff
• Contribute to quality efforts and guide the quality verifiers team
• Propose improvements to work procedures and practices to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in journal entry verification and audit support
• Strong skills in process documentation and maintaining desktop procedures
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures
• Proficiency in analytical or operational accounting processes
