Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
• Extract data for dashboards regarding process and reconciliation metrics
• Assist with audits by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Ensure that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures are maintained
• Act as a team lead by allocating work to team members and providing subject matter guidance to junior staff
• Propose improvements to work procedures and practices to increase efficiency
• Contribute to quality efforts and guide the quality verifiers team

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven proficiency in analytical or operational accounting processes
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures
• Experience in journal entry verification and audit support
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective exchange of information and ideas
