Accounting Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
• Extract data for dashboards regarding process and reconciliation metrics
• Assist with audits by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Maintain and update adequate process documentation and desktop procedures
• Act as a team lead by allocating work and providing subject matter guidance to junior team members
• Propose improvements to work procedures and practices to increase efficiency
• Contribute to quality efforts and guide the quality verifiers team

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in journal entry verification and accounting processes
• Ability to provide audit support and manage documentation
• Strong analytical and data organization skills
• Experience in process documentation and maintaining standard operating procedures
• Ability to work autonomously while following established procedures
