Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first level review of the accounting process and documents using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices
• Understand invoice, receipt, payment issues, and check requests
• Escalate documents requiring attention to be completed
• Achieve productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead
• Comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience
• Basic operational or analytical skills
• Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
• Ability to exchange information and ideas effectively
