Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documents using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and check requests
• Identify and escalate documents requiring immediate attention or resolution
• Achieve productivity and quality targets established by the project team lead
• Manage documentation and data organization according to established standard operating procedures
• Comply with all company policies and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills to perform accounting tasks
• Understanding of fundamental accounting theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures under close supervision
• Strong ability to exchange information and ideas effectively within a team
