Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documentation using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and payment issues
• Manage check requests and escalate documents requiring further attention
• Achieve productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead
• Organize and coordinate data to support business and technical work
• Comply with all company policies and established quality standards

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills
• Ability to follow clearly defined standard operating procedures
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
