Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documentation using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and check requests
• Identify and escalate documents requiring immediate attention or resolution
• Achieve productivity and quality targets established by the project team lead
• Manage data organization and coordination to support business technical work
• Comply with all company policies, standards, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills to perform accounting tasks
• Fundamental understanding of accounting theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to exchange information and ideas effectively
