Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documentation using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and payment issues
• Manage check requests and escalate documents requiring further attention
• Achieve productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead
• Adhere to clearly defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Exchange information and ideas effectively within the team

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills to perform accounting tasks
• Fundamental understanding of accounting theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow detailed methods and tasks
