Accounting Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documentation using standard operating instructions
• Review and verify invoices, receipts, and payment issues
• Manage check requests and escalate documents requiring further attention
• Achieve productivity and quality targets established by the project team lead
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and standards
• Execute data organizing and coordination tasks to support business operations

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills
• Fundamental understanding of accounting theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
• Strong ability to exchange information and ideas effectively within a team
