Accounting Services Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications
• Assist in the preparation of process dashboards and reconciliation metrics
• Support audit processes by providing necessary supporting records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to standardized procedures and updated process documentation
• Spearhead quality efforts and guide the quality verifiers team
• Monitor review progress and escalate concerns to the review manager
• Comply with all company policies and professional standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Foundational knowledge of accounting theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and work within a structured landscape
• Strong deductive reasoning skills to solve routine problems
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
