Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts for receivable and payable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage accounting systems and ensure proper integration with operational workflows
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standards
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Enhance accounting cycles, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls
• Develop and maintain an approval matrix to ensure proper authorization of transactions
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or ACCA preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
