Accounting Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project members
• Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new systems
• Ensure solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Approximately five years of experience in finance project management or accounting operations
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
• Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
