About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and post vendor invoices in various accounting systems
- Validate invoice charges against purchase orders and receipts
- Identify and resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments for pending transactions
- Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Post-secondary education in accounting or business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Ability to manage large transaction volumes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with D365, Maximo, or Odoo systems
