Accounting Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries for revenue and operating costs
• Perform reconciliations across gaming platforms, payment providers, banks, and internal ledgers
• Reconcile payment provider settlements and validate fees
• Monitor user deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, and suspicious activity
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements across LATAM
• Assist with internal controls execution and audit processes
• Maintain and support ERP (NetSuite) processes
• Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel expertise
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• English proficiency at C1 level

• Big4 exposure
• Online gaming experience
• NetSuite experience
