Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) by processing supplier invoices, performing three-way matching, and executing payment runs
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) by recording customer payments, applying cash receipts, and investigating discrepancies
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and general accounting analysis to ensure compliance
• Review and validate employee expense reports and process reimbursements according to company policy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday finance or procurement modules
• Proficiency in French
