Responsibilities
- Performing accounting double entries and processing daily invoice non-PO and PO transactions
- Verifying document correctness before posting in the system and following accounting procedures
- Performing payment processes, preferably using host-to-host payment systems like SAP or Oracle
- Coordinating with internal departments and external parties for AP-related activities
- Supporting system migration and process streamlining/improvement
- Performing tax reconciliations for PP30, PP36, PND3, PND53, and PND54 filings
- Monitoring AP aging and Input VAT
- Preparing BS reconciliation and analysis for GL accounts related to AP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Tax
- Proficiency in English for daily work purposes
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
