Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close end-to-end including sequencing, execution, and timelines
• Maintain balance sheet integrity across all accounts
• Review and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Play a key role in ERP implementation and ongoing optimization
• Build scalable workflows, documentation, and automation opportunities
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Ops on accounting and systems questions
• Support revenue recognition processes and oversee AP operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Demonstrated ownership of month-end close
• Experience with or exposure to ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Systems-minded approach to workflows
• Ability to operate in a lean, high-autonomy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Big 4 or public accounting background
• SaaS or tech company experience
• Exposure to ASC 606
• Experience improving close timelines or automation
