Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the accounting department
• Oversee general accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of professional accounting experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager)
• Strong background in General Accounting and the full accounting cycle
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
