Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's accounting and financial operations through direct executive and operational work
• Work daily with the accounting team inside the office
• Supervise financial reconciliations, inventory, and e-commerce operations
• Review and record daily entries and follow up on reconciliations directly
• Supervise settlements for payment gateways, COD, and shipping companies
• Monitor inventory discrepancies practically with warehouses and close them
• Manage inventory cost systems and periodic inventory counts
• Prepare and analyze operational financial reports and provide financial analysis to support management decisions
• Develop appropriate financial procedures for the e-commerce environment
• Prepare tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance
• Train the team and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CMA preferred)
• 7–10 years of experience, including actual executive experience in a managerial position
• Strong experience in E-commerce or Retail (mandatory)
• Practical experience in payment gateways, COD, returns, and inventory management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Practical personality with attention to detail and ability to lead a team from within operations
