Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple business units with a focus on process improvement and infrastructure build-out
• Oversee all aspects of accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash activities
• Manage the monthly financial close process, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Execute revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 principles across SaaS, professional services, and physical product sales
• Set up, manage and track customer orders and projects from order to collection
• Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules for accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
• Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Administer the complete commission lifecycle applying ASC 340-40 standards
• Serve as the primary liaison to external auditors, general managers, and other member sites

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall accounting experience
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting
