Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and accruals
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparation of annual reports and tax declarations
• Responsibility for VAT and tax accounting
• Quality assurance of internal and external reporting
• Liaison with auditors, authorities, and external partners
• Development and streamlining of accounting processes and routines
• Participation in improvement and development projects within finance
• Support and collaboration with colleagues in finance and accounting

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Proficiency in the entire accounting flow including closings and annual reports
• Structured, accurate, and responsible personality
• Strong communicative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the real estate industry
• Experience with group accounting or IFRS
