Accounting Manager

The company leverages advanced research in robotics and machine learning to deliver combined capabilities for unit commanders through its OverDrive autonomy stack and OverWatch C2 interface.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Manage accounts payable and spend operations through Ramp
• Process government and commercial customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
• Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and project accounting records
• Partner on migration from QuickBooks Online to Campfire
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline accounting processes
• Support annual financial audits and compliance requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Program teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Ability to work from the Seattle office
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (active or in progress)
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, aerospace, defense, or robotics
• Experience supporting government contracting or project accounting
• Experience with ERP implementations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Campfire, Ramp, or Rippling
