Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple restaurant locations
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Reconcile revenue across POS systems, online ordering, and third-party delivery platforms
• Manage lease accounting schedules in compliance with ASC 842
• Manage fixed asset accounting including restaurant buildouts and equipment
• Design and implement scalable accounting policies and internal control frameworks
• Improve accounting workflows and reporting within Restaurant365
• Partner with the Controller to mentor and support accounting team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required or actively pursuing
• 8-10+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Accounting
• Public accounting experience
• Experience with multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or consumer businesses
• Experience with Restaurant365
