Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Ensure integrity of financial data through internal controls and reconciliations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely audit completion
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Provide financial analysis and insights for management decision-making
• Coordinate VAT and Annual Income Tax filing for Egypt, UAE, and KSA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-8 years of accounting and finance experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of Egyptian, UAE, and KSA VAT and Income Tax filing
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CMA
• Knowledge of French
