Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for corporate entities
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of general accountants
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
• Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP and company policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable software automation and process improvements
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams to support corporate initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and corporate accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CMA designation
• Mix of public accounting and private corporate industry experience
