Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement fiscal closing activities and reporting systems in accordance with legal and Grammer group requirements
• Organize and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounting projects, automation optimizations, and process guidelines
• Ensure accounting adheres to IFRS and other relevant policies
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and subsidiary ledgers for payables and receivables
• Manage intercompany (IC) participations and coordination with other Grammer companies
• Act as the primary commercial contact for inventory, tax matters, banks, and auditors
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the accounting department
• Develop complex accounting-specific topics and provide decision recommendations to management

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in management roles within a global company environment
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP/FI and SAP/CO modules
• Intensive knowledge of IFRS, KGK, and tax regulations (customs, investment incentives, etc.)
• Strong expertise in finance, including cash planning and bank relations
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with accounting/controlling tools
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business and production processes
