Accounting Manager

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting operations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial records
• Manage day-to-day general ledger functions
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Drive the preparation of timely and reliable financial reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with business teams and senior finance leadership
• Work with external auditors to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Identify process improvements to scale accounting infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent designation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience leading or supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth technology or infrastructure company
• Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments
• Exposure to intercompany accounting and consolidations
• Experience with ERP/accounting system implementations or migrations
• Experience supporting external audits and liaising with auditors
