Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Main responsibility for accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and annual reports according to K3
• Responsible for preparing and quality-assuring the group accounting
• Main responsibility for asset and project accounting
• Lead and support the accounting team in daily work and development issues
• Develop routines and processes for more efficient and digitalized workflows
• Ensure correct handling of company and property tax returns
• Contribute to budget and forecast work and analyses from an accounting perspective
• Act as a primary contact for auditors, authorities, and other external parties
• Provide internal support regarding accounting, tax, follow-up, and compliance, including property transactions
• Serve as system administrator for Akribi/Fenix Financial and Capego

Requirements

• Several years of experience in qualified accounting, including annual closings and annual reports according to K2 or K3
• Experience from the real estate industry, preferably within public housing
• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting or equivalent professional experience
• Experience developing routines, improving workflows, and implementing system support
• Experience leading or coordinating work in a team
• Proficiency in modern economic systems and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and drive progress
