Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized month-end and year-end closing processes for a hotel and restaurant portfolio in accordance with GAAP and USALI standards
• Manage corporate liquidity, treasury functions, and 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts
• Drive the annual budgeting process and perform monthly variance analysis to identify root causes of discrepancies
• Monitor consolidated Food & Beverage (F&B) costs and labor percentages to identify operational outliers
• Establish and audit internal controls for cash handling, tip pooling, and revenue reconciliation
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and manage all supporting documentation
• Ensure timely filing of sales, occupancy, and property taxes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accountancy
• 3+ years of experience preparing management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• 5+ years of experience supervising staff
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (data modeling)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Margin Edge, and SpotOn
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and produce actionable operational insights
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a strong plus
