Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 10 people within the auxiliary accounting department
• Supervise daily production to ensure compliance with internal rules and deadlines
• Develop tracking KPIs and implement appropriate permanent controls
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and analytical closings
• Ensure the accuracy and justification of accounts under your responsibility
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of internal accounting procedures
• Manage relationships with statutory auditors and various administrations
• Drive digitalization projects and tool evolution in collaboration with IT and business teams

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+4/5 degree in accounting
• Solid experience as an accounting manager in auxiliary accounting or an accounting firm
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong leadership, pedagogy, and collective spirit
• Ability to work transversely with operational teams
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the retail industry
• Interest or experience in AI
• Proficiency in SAP
