Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute core accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition
• Identify financial risks and opportunities with internal stakeholders
• Design and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and industry regulations
• Manage inventory accounting and balance sheet integrity within NetSuite
• Own monthly close, compliance reporting, and variance analysis
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee controllership responsibilities and internal controls execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Food & Beverage CPG industry
• CPA certification required
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability

Preferred Qualifications

• SOX experience
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
