Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local income tax return preparation and filings
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements and intercompany transactions
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce error-free accounting reports and analyze financial information
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
• Assist with tax and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• 6 to 8 years of experience in accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting management roles
• Proven experience in finance roles with tax-related responsibilities
• Profound knowledge of GAAP and business/employer taxes
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Ability to travel to international locations once or twice per year

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience in Manufacturing, AI, or Tech industries
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Avalara
