Responsibilities

• Implement and perform month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage fixed asset schedules
• Book revenue based on fulfillment and manage deferred revenue and returns
• Assist with ASC 842 compliance for leases
• Support ERP migration testing and international entity setup
• Create automated and scalable accounting operation workflows
• Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform inventory reconciliations and manage inventory costing
• Record payroll journal entries and post month-end accruals

Requirements

• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience within an omni-channel consumer brand
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP, including ASC 842 and ASC 606
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with system migrations
